CUTTING

The cutting department uses a Gerber GT-5250 Conveyorized Cutting System and we have 2 automatic fabric spreading machines (Gerber Spread SY 101 and GGT Nierbuhr Synchron 55.

Gerber program operators together with the designers, determine the most suitable placement of the pieces in the fabric, thus keeping wastage to a minumum and the fabric is ready to be cut.

We employ a 2 step quality control system in our cutting department which has a capacity of 7000-9000 pcs/day outerwear).

After cutting, pieces are numbered according to the fabric layer they belong to, and are once again checked for faults.

   

 

Pieces are sent to either the print departmen or embroidery departman, and once these pieces are received back they are checked yet again.

 


According to their numbers after passing the quality control, pieces are then sent to the sewing department
