Fab Textile believes that for the production of high quality products, high quality raw materials are essential. Thus we take great care to ensure that all materials are of the highest standards, rigorously carrying out quality control checks at every stage of production.

Quality control of the main input yarn is the first step in this process. Once the yarn has been thoroughly checked, a sample fabric is knitted and checked using a quality control machine. Following moisture checks, confirmed yarns are classified for use in production .

According to customers’ orders, yarn is transferred to the knitting department and fabric production begins. The daily capacity of the knitting departman is 5-7 tons with 18 circular knitting, 2 quality control and 1 yarn transfer machines. Our machinery is constantly updated in line with technological developments and customer requirements. ( Our knitting team uses fabric analysis and research in order to support its customers. The produced fabrics are carefully checked and classified. All specifications and instructions are logged and stored for future production.
