After sewing, the products are transferred to the ironing and packing department which has a capacity of 8.000 pcs/day. In this department under the control of experienced staff and according to customer requirements, they are ironed, packed and made ready for shipment.

	All ironed products are measured and checked. Only ones which have successfully passed quality control checks are sent for packing.

Goods are folded and prepared for shipment according to the customers’ requirements.

	If required by the customer, all products pass through the needle control machine to check for lost needles before the goods are boxed.

Boxes ready for shipment are transferred to the warehouse by conveyor belt.
