Our sewing department, which has 1 collection and 2 production lines has a capacity of 40.000-50.000 pcs/month and employs experienced staff. This department’s speed and effectiveness is monitored to ensure efficiency.

There are 90 sewing machines in this department, 42% of which are single needle, 27% overlock, 22% double needle and 9% other types of machines. 30% of sewing is done in house, while the rest is carried out by subcontractors sanctioned by our customers.

Our sewing experts together with the designers determine the most suitable sewing steps while controlling the speed and quality of production.

During the process, needle breakages are immediately reported to prevent broken needles being lost in a garment.
